Nancee Way Apartments
Affordable Housing for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Families with Integrated Indigenously Operated Childcare Facility
Nancee Way Apartments is a six-storey purpose-built rental building featuring 127 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. It provides safe, affordable housing for Westbank First Nation members and the broader community, helping meet the urgent need for attainable rental options in West Kelowna.
The project reflects Indigenous-led development that integrates cultural expression, landscaped gathering spaces, and connections to nearby parks and trails. Nancee Way Apartments strengthens community, supports local families, and demonstrates WFN’s commitment to creating inclusive and sustainable housing for future generations.
A 2,800-square-foot Indigenously owned and operated daycare facility within the development provides accessible, culturally grounded childcare for local families.
