Before entering the pre-construction advising, development, and marketing industry, Brock Mudry accumulated over a decade of experience as a self-employed entrepreneur and strategic planner in the for-profit sector. His work has included strategic planning, restructuring, and advisory roles across a range of organizations, including collaborations with the Calgary Homeless Foundation, Inn from the Cold, the Calgary Dream Centre, and the Alex Community Health Centre.
More recently, Brock has been involved in the development of marketing and pre-construction strategies for major residential projects in the Okanagan region, including McKinley Beach, Tallus Ridge, Sol Aqua, and 459 Osprey. His professional background has been built through hands-on ownership, executive leadership, and direct involvement in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Brock is deeply committed to advancing affordable housing initiatives and advocating for positive, community-driven change. As a member of the Stswecem’c Xgat’tem First Nation and a Status Indian, his work is strongly informed by his heritage and a long-term focus on responsible, values-based development.
