Spełem Crossing
Affordable Housing for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Families, Twin Arena, Hockey School, Retail Commercial, Office Space, Medical Offices, Hotel, Premium Storage Facilities, and Brewer District
Spełem Crossing is a visionary 70-acre master-planned development that will create a vibrant new district within the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc community. The project will feature over 1,000 residential units alongside a full range of community and commercial amenities, including a hotel, twin arena complex, medical and professional offices, retail spaces, and premium mezzanine storage units.
At the heart of the plan is a Brewer District Village, designed as a lively social hub that blends hospitality, local business, and cultural expression. Surrounding parks and walkable streets will connect residents and visitors to a balanced mix of live, work, and recreation spaces.
Spełem Crossing represents a new model of Indigenous-led urban development—combining economic opportunity, sustainable planning, and cultural identity to create a lasting community legacy for future generations.
